In the scope of the EESPIP Project, co-funded by the European Union Erasmus+ Programme the online event took place this morning, 16th July: "Promote lifelong learning in prison context - Rehabilitation perspective".
The event had the participation of 45 people, being an opportunity for the debate around the importance of lifelong learning in prison context. We especially thank our guest speakers, Dr. Manuela Raimundo (DGRSP), Dr. Ana Elisa Santos (CPJ), and Dr. Dália Costa (ISCSP), for sharing their experience and knowledge. We would also like to thank all participants, who have enriched our event with their contributions.

On June 25th, we closed the pilot course of the EESPIP Initiative - European Educational Support for Prison Officers Interacting in Prisons Learning Context with Women and Minorities (EESPIP), co-financed by the Erasmus+ Program of the European Union. The last session focused on the role of peer support (focus on mentoring) among workers in the Criminal Justice System. We thank all the trainees for their participation and contributions!
